Human Resources

MuRF (Multi-Rater Feedback) Systems was created in order to help companies achieve the greatest possible results through their people. Understanding human capital and learning to tap into the potential that lies within an organization are the keys to propelling an organization into an industry leader.

Founded in 1999, MuRF has had the opportunity to serve clients in the United States, Canada, and Spain. We, at MuRF, believe that you get back from people what you invest in them. If you treat people as individuals and focus on developing their strengths, you will get strong performance from them. If you expect poor performance, you will get poor performance. Creating this positive expectancy with accountability is what sets us apart.

At MuRF, we focus on four aspects of success within a company:

Organizational Evaluation
Individual evaluation
Development Programs in Response to the identified areas of need
Consulting Services which solidify and stabilize the organization

By focusing in these four areas, MuRF is able to create cultures of fun, success, productivity, and profitability. Our unique style of partnering with our clients enables them to see increases in morale and the overall climate of the organization. Seeing these changes increases the odds of retaining top performers and creating positive change. We at MuRF belive that good people will not stay in a bad culture and bad people will ruin a good culture. This is the reason that we have created a total-company approach to providing solutions. Let us help your organization achieve its full potential!

SCPConnection members have discounted rates with MuRF.

What is UST?

The Unemployment Services Trust is a grantor trust created by and for nonprofit organizations. Rather than subsidizing the unemployment claims of for-profit companies, UST members pool their resources to pay only the claims incurred by their members. Elected governing Trustees are CEOs and CFOs of member organizations.

How Much Can I Save?

UST Members save 50% off their unemployment taxes their first year of participation in the Trust. A typical member continues to save approximately 30%.

Who Is Eligible?

A Federal law enacted in 1970 entitles 501 (c)(3) organizations to opt out of the state unemployment tax system. To continue low rates, the Unemployment Services Trust's underwriters accept only organizations with reasonable claims experience.

How Does It Work?

Eligible organizations opt out of their state's unemployment tax system. They make quarterly contributions directly to the Trust. The Trust handles claims payments for the organization.
